What counts as an analysis?
Every click on Analyse, including Re-analyse. Opening a saved result does not count. Chat never counts.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Hard cap, no overage. When you reach your monthly analyses, analysing pauses until the month renews. You are never charged extra.
How does the trial work?
7-day free trial on the plan you pick. Card required. Cancel any time before day 8 and you pay nothing. The trial runs on the allowance of the plan you chose. On day 8 it becomes a monthly subscription unless you cancel first.
Which plan should I start on?
Starter gives 100 analyses a month, around three a day. Move to Pro when you outgrow it. If you buy for a business or need more than 300 a month, ask for Custom.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes, at any time from your account. Cancel before day 8 of the trial and you pay nothing.
